Our coaching team may contact you to discuss your athlete's goals, answer questions, confirm program availability, and assist with scheduling.
SURF Performance Center reserves the right to determine appropriate training placement based on factors such as age, experience, training needs, coach availability, and program capacity.

6. Participation by Minors
Athletes under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before participating in training activities.
Parents or legal guardians may be required to complete registration documents, provide emergency contact information, disclose relevant health considerations, and sign applicable participation agreements before an athlete begins training.
Individuals submitting inquiries on behalf of minors represent that they are the athlete's parent, legal guardian, or otherwise authorized to make the inquiry.
7. Health, Safety, and Athletic Participation
Athletic performance training involves physical exertion and inherent risks, including muscle soreness, strains, falls, and other potential injuries.
Participants are responsible for following coaching instructions, using equipment appropriately, and informing coaching staff of relevant injuries, limitations, or health concerns that could affect safe participation.
Athletes should seek guidance from an appropriate licensed healthcare professional when necessary before beginning or resuming physical activity.
SURF Performance Center may modify, pause, or decline participation when reasonably necessary for athlete safety or program suitability.
Additional risk disclosures, acknowledgments, and legally appropriate liability waivers may be required before participation.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived under California law.
8. No Guarantee of Athletic Results
SURF Performance Center aims to help athletes develop physical capabilities and improve athletic performance through structured coaching and training.
Individual outcomes vary based on factors including consistency, training history, physical development, recovery, and participation.
We do not guarantee specific improvements in speed, strength, performance testing, competition results, scholarships, recruitment, or athletic opportunities.
